The Information Technology Department of an educational organization sought to review and improve upon selected administrative and operational processes. PPT Consulting was engaged in a multi-faceted support capacity and, as such, took on the responsibility of meeting with key stakeholders, documenting “current state”, collaborating with key stakeholders to define the “future state” and documenting that for the client.
