Our client is recognized as an industry leader in the expert management and delivery of complex parking and hospitality services, for premier hotel brands and healthcare facilities across the country. Their systems were antiquated and many processes performed manually which was considered a major limitation to grow their business.

GOALS

• Develop a roadmap to upgrade their financial and operational systems.
• Guide the client to develop a project vision, business requirements and the steps required to select an ERP software.
