BACKGROUND

Worked with one of the largest global pharmaceutical companies significantly changing and improving lives around the world through its products. Due to their plan for divestiture they required a resourcing need for PM services around the identification of critical agreements required for the standup of the new company. They also required PMO support between all workstreams and the EPMO.

GOALS

  • Identify and prioritize all critical contracts within all functional areas.
  • Provide project management support across all workstreams
  • Facilitate communication with enterprise PMO and contracts workstream regarding interdependent milestones and tasks.

ACCOMPLISHMENT & BENEFIT

  • Assembled a consolidated contracts inventory capturing all critical agreements across all functional areas.
  • Provided PMO documentation such as weekly status reports, weekly PMO roll-up reports to EMPO, RAID log updates
  • Created draft of organizational chart of new company.
  • Provided support to Data workstream by creating Data questionnaire to identify all unstructured data across functional areas.
  • Created unstructured data inventory to track all identified collaboration sites for new company.
