Client established a Compensation Strategy Team to work with the business and local HR organizations to improve compensation planning and administration and drive a shift towards a best fit compensation approach to better align compensation planning and administration with current and emerging business needs. PPT assigned Compensation Senior Business Analyst to work with the Compensation Strategy Team and other key stakeholders to develop an inventory of process and tools used by the team, conduct a gap analysis against best practices, and to identify near term opportunities to improve these processes and tools.


  • Support Compensation Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices in the implementation of Workday for compensation planning and administration
  • Participate in Workday implementation workshops to provide Compensation subject matter expertise
  • Support the delivery of workbooks, business processes and testing scenarios in the Workday project for the compensation work stream
  • Support the Compensation Strategy team by responding to data requests, developing compensation planning models and analytics
