BACKGROUND

Client was in the process of transitioning to Workday HRIS as part of an HR digital transformation strategy.  As part of this initiative, data exchange interfaces need to be established between Workday and current employee benefit providers.  In support of the Workday program, Comcast Total Rewards has identified 37 data exchange interfaces that need to be established, involving 11 employee benefit vendors.

GOALS

  • Support manual and integration testing of interfaces between the Workday and business critical external international benefit administration vendors
  • Work with both the Workday integration team and international Vendor teams to support manual fit and format testing in order to meet the testing requirements and schedule
  • Conduct end to end integration testing with international Vendor teams as vendor interfaces are completed and are ready for testing

ACCOMPLISHMENT & BENEFIT

  • Completed the Workday Integration Testing for both Inbound and Outbound Integrations
  • Facilitated and completed the Integration testing for E2E and Fit and Format for multiple Integration points
