Prior to joining PPT, Amy worked at Deloitte Consulting where she held a leadership role in the firms’ Services Quality group, leading the team responsible for developing and supporting the firm’s value management toolkit and approaches across various industries and consulting service offerings. Amy developed solutions to help organizations identify, measure and communicate the business value to be delivered by programs and projects, and to optimize their project portfolios. While at Deloitte, Amy also cultivated extensive project management and program management expertise for global financial services firms. She ran daily PMO responsibilities for a $160M multi-year credit risk technology architecture transformation effort and led the development and implementation of an IT resource location strategy and operating model for a leading, global investment bank.

Amy also has a passion for helping organizations reach their full potential through a focus on people and talent development. She has led change management efforts for system implementations, helped to define the skill sets and services needed for IT organizations to deliver the services of the future, and was responsible for developing and implementing a leadership and professional skills learning curriculum for the tax practice of one of the world’s largest professional services firms.

Prior to her consulting career, Amy spent 5 years in marketing and advertising in the Boston area. She led the development of award-winning advertising campaigns and was responsible for all employment-related brand marketing strategies for Fidelity Investments for over 40 business units, 80 Investor Centers, and the Fidelity Capital companies.

Amy has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Boston College and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School of Business. She received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2010.
