Chris Anstey, Director of Account Management and Service Delivery with PPT Consulting, is a digital business transformation and delivery leader with experience in agile product development and complex, large-scale program delivery and change management. Chris is a multi-faceted PMO Director who is passionate about focusing on measurable business outcomes with experience across multiple industries (Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Consumer Packaged Goods) and core business processes including supply chain, commercial operations, product development/R&D, shared services, and revenue cycle.
Immediately prior to joining PPT, Chris worked at RELX Group where he was a PMO Leader for Elsevier, a global publisher and information solutions & analytics business specializing in science and health. Working in an agile product development environment, Chris built and led the PMO team that successfully managed the development and launch of 15 new, revenue-generating digital products for customers in clinical decision support, medical education, and life sciences sectors. Chris also directed the seamless integration and on-time and on-budget delivery of three bolt-on acquisitions into Elsevier’s product portfolio. Before RELX, Chris enjoyed a long career at GlaxoSmithKline in a variety of business technology and transformation roles spanning late stage R&D, supply chain, commercial operations, multi-channel marketing, and shared services. Chris has deep experience in portfolio management and IT governance processes and best practices to help ensure strong ROI on investment funds and alignment to business strategy. Earlier in Chris’s career, he spent 10 years at Campbell Soup Company holding several roles with progressive responsibility, ultimately reporting to the CIO as Director of Global Sales and Marketing Systems.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of the West of England in Bristol, UK and an MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Chris received his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2005, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
