Ed Carmody, Partner with Sia Partners, is an established industry leader with over 30 years of experience in delivering transformational technology solutions in a variety of industries.

Ed's background includes experience in manufacturing, specialty chemical, life sciences, financial services, construction, and non-profits. His broad industry and technology experience includes leading initiatives in custom web and mobile application development, business process optimization and automation, ERP integration, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Content Management, supply chain, and sales and operations planning.

Ed has an extensive track record of driving business value through innovative information technology solutions. Ed's consulting experience has helped companies achieve success by aligning people, processes and technology with business strategy while maintaining a laser focus on project execution.

Prior to joining PPT Consulting (Acquired by Sia Partners in 2021), Ed led the consulting division for The Judge Group, working with clients to develop and implement solutions for master data management, mobile applications, content management, and workflow automation. Ed has worked with dozens of clients to develop IT strategies, streamline and optimize business processes, and develop multiyear technology roadmaps. Prior to Judge, Ed joined Elemica, a B2B startup focused on supply chain process improvement focus on the Chemical and Oil and Gas industries. Ed joined Elemica during the startup phase and provided hands-on leadership enabling the network to grow to over 1,000 connected clients, 3,500 active trading relationships, and 700K messages transacted/month on the Elemica Network.

Earlier in Ed's career, he spent 15 years at Rohm and Haas Company, designing and implementing a wide variety of enterprise solutions for ERP, Demand Planning, Sales Forecast, Plant Maintenance, Transportation Management, Sales and Operations Planning, and Data Warehousing and Reporting.

Ed has an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from Saint Josephs University and an MBA from Drexel University.
