Elizabeth Director, Client Services with PPT Consulting, has over twenty years of experience within the IT discipline, serving in a variety of leadership roles in industry prior to joining PPT Consulting. She has extensive experience in managing technology investments and resources to align with business strategy and drive results.

Prior to joining PPT, Elizabeth first worked for Bell Atlantic from 1986 -1993, culminating with positions as an Applications Manager and Strategic Planning Manager for critical billing systems. She then went on to work for Decision One where she led the IT department and also oversaw major data center outsourcing initiatives. Next she moved to ARAMARK Corporation where she served in two Vice Presidential roles over a ten-year period. As the VP for IT Customer Services, she consolidated front-line support and PC deployment for over 4000 locations across seven lines of business and created the first Information Security Program. As the VP for Enterprise Systems Development, she managed the capital investment program and a large portfolio of both custom and packaged applications.

Elizabeth’s experience in leading IT functions across all of the facets of applications development, technical support, customer support, and data center operations has enabled her to bring a holistic perspective to the management of strategic technology projects. She has managed numerous multi-million dollar projects and programs, driving alignment of vision, resources and governance in order to ensure success. She has worked with clients in Manufacturing and Pharmaceuticals to implement project and program management capabilities, build communications plans, launch and monitor major software implementations and develop more effective ties within and across organizations.

Elizabeth has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Dickinson College and a Masters in Business Administration from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University. She serves as the Chair of the LeBow College Alumni Association and sits on the strategic planning committee. Elizabeth is also a member of the adjunct faculty of Peirce College teaching courses in the Technology Management curriculum, which enables her to share her insights and experience with a new generation of IT talent.
