Kelly Kirk, Director of Process Excellence and Service Delivery at PPT Consulting, has over a decade of experience in management consulting in a variety of roles. Kelly’s specialty areas include talent acquisition, process definition and optimization, quality assurance and project management. She has worked in multiple capacities to support and mature areas within PPT’s cornerstones of practice development, business development and client service.

Kelly joined PPT in the firm’s early days and is responsible for much of the firm’s ‘people, process, and technology’ in place today.  Kelly started her role at PPT as the lone talent acquisition team member and personally launched and executed the processes needed to deliver high caliber talent to PPT’s clients. Since then, she has defined and implemented PPT’s talent acquisition model and built a highly qualified team.  Kelly has built a culture of continuous improvement for the talent acquisition team, delineating the measures of success and putting the processes in place to track and report on progress.

Throughout her tenure at PPT, Kelly has worked to automate many of the firm’s early manual processes and has implemented associated tools and technologies. This includes the selection and implementation of an Applicant Tracking System, a Time and Expense System,  a re-platforming of PPT’s website, and most recently the implementation of a financial management system.

Kelly has also supported several clients in key initiatives. She worked with a national drug and alcohol addiction facility as they implemented their first EMR solution – Kelly played a key role in documenting many manual, paper-based processes and helped the client to transform and document future state processes. Additional project experience includes end to end process map documentation for clients in multiple industries and process areas, support of an HRIS software selection for a mid-market manufacturer, the establishment of SLA’s within the supply chain of a major retailer and the development of Point-of-Sale training guides for a national grocery chain.

Kelly earned her Bachelors of Science in Finance from Temple University.
