Develop Detailed Demonstration Scripts & Conduct Demonstrations:

  • Review demonstrations of key transactional processes, specifically the 20% of the software that will be used 80% of the time

Analyze Finalists and Select:

  • Assemble all of the information from the Selection and facilitate a voting session among the client team members to select their preferred solution
